Hotel San Giuseppe - Otranto - scored for the year 2011 the Mark of Quality "Italian Hospitality".
The "Quality Mark" is a certification sponsored by the Chambers of Commerce and trade associations to stimulate the supply of quality in Italy. Companies that achieve this award are chosen as the main goals every year and decide to go into the discussion by submitting to peer reviews by external staff to the structures themselves.
The project Quality Mark "Italian Hospitality", which adheres to the Chamber of Commerce of Lecce, aims to promote the diffusion of quality in the tourism sector through the granting of a brand promoted by a voluntary institutional body.
The mark therefore provides customers with an objective evaluation of the level of service and represents a guarantee for operators and tourists: visibility, clarity of image, guarantee of quality, ease of choice, shared value system between those who offer and buyers.
